首先作为庭审犯罪类型片，情节反转起伏以及三方博弈尺度把握非常好，堪比《罪夜之奔》。其次是目前为止最好的女性视角剧了，没有狗血尬黑，而展现了各种各样的女性视角观点，并不是样板戏似的将所有女性集体化，夸张勾勒同一种臆想中的仇视对象。

《模范审判》已经于2021-10-31在英国  上映。
